Bitcoin Holds at $64,000 as September FOMC Becomes a Turning Point
Bitcoin (BTC) has maintained the $64,000 level despite the Federal Reserve's decision to keep interest rates unchanged. On the 30th, the Fed froze rates at 3.5% to 3.75%, with three members advocating for a rate hike, adding tension to the market. Experts have offered mixed interpretations of this decision. Andrey Grachev from Dwef Labs described it as 'the most unfavorable scenario for digital assets,' warning that liquidity reduction could burden Bitcoin. In contrast, Can-Luca Koeymen from Signum Bank presented a positive outlook, stating that the outcome was already anticipated and that the current trend would continue as long as inflation remains at manageable levels. Ryan Li from Bitget predicted that rising interest rate pressures would impact tech stocks like the Nasdaq 100. Steven Coltman from 21Shares emphasized that the September meeting would be a crucial turning point, noting that the current market focus is aligned with variables such as 'liquidity reduction,' 'oil price trends,' and 'ETF funding.'
