CoreWeave has announced its expansion into Indonesia, with plans to add three new data centers, marking the company's first data center presence in the Asia-Pacific region. The three data centers will add a total of 360 megawatts (MW) of contracted power capacity, with CoreWeave responsible for the ownership and operation of all facilities. As demand for localized AI computing power grows among Asian enterprises, AI-native companies, and governments, the need for low-latency computing and data localization is driving the expansion of AI infrastructure into regional markets. The expansion plan also includes forming and training local operational teams to support the new facilities and promote the development of the local AI industry. As of March 2026, CoreWeave operates 49 data centers globally. Due to the continued growth in demand for AI cloud infrastructure, the company has significantly increased its capital investments this year, with capital expenditures expected to range between $31 billion and $35 billion by 2026. So far this year, CoreWeave has secured multi-billion dollar cloud computing partnerships with several major tech companies, including an expanded $21 billion collaboration with Meta and a multi-year cloud services agreement with Anthropic. At the time of publication, CoreWeave's stock closed up 7.16%, raising its market capitalization to $50.1 billion; it has since dropped 1.24% in after-hours trading, priced at $90.76.

Revolut ends support for USDT across the EEA and Switzerland on 31 August 2026: any balance still in the app is automatically converted into the account's main currency at what Revolut calls the current market rate, with the customer controlling neither the rate nor the timing. Buying already stopped on 6 July and deposits after 30 July, leaving an in-app sale or a withdrawal to a wallet you control as the choices before the deadline.
