GiggleFund Submits NIANNIAN Trademark Application to USPTO

Prefer us on GoogleGiggleFund has submitted a federal trademark application for the token NIANNIAN to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) through its new holding entity, Giggle Holdings. The application covers cryptocurrency exchange, transfer, and trading services, in the form of a standard character mark. The team stated that the next step will involve a review by the examining attorney. If approved, the application will enter a 30-day opposition period, after which it may be granted registration. After registration, they plan to delist counterfeit applications from platforms such as Dexscreener and PancakeSwap. Currently, this is just an application for record and does not equate to trademark registration.
