Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Introduces Pay-As-You-Go Model
Google Cloud has launched a new tool, Gemini Enterprise, which introduces a pay-as-you-go model to help businesses reduce and control AI usage costs. Companies are not required to bear fixed subscription fees and can set a monthly spending cap; once the budget is exhausted, the AI agents will pause their calls. Customers who commit to long-term use can receive discounts ranging from 10% to 20%, and for certain tasks scheduled during off-peak hours, discounts of up to 50% are available. This initiative aims to allow businesses to trial AI at a lower cost and expand the enterprise AI market. Google will continue to advance cutting-edge AI model research and compete with OpenAI and Anthropic.
