Matt Damon Confirmed as Speaker at Ripple Swell 2026
Ripple has announced that actor Matt Damon will participate as a speaker at Swell 2026, which will be held in New York City from October 27 to 29, 2026. Damon, co-founder of Water.org, will take the stage, and Ripple plans to focus the event on corporate payments and use cases for stablecoins. Swell 2026 is expected to attract over 1,500 attendees, feature more than 50 sessions, and include over 75 speakers. The speaker lineup includes Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, President Monica Long, and CTO David Schwartz, among others. The event will cover a variety of topics, including institutional finance, payments, on-chain infrastructure, tokenization, and policy discussions. Ripple is enhancing the speed and transparency of fund transfers through its collaboration with Water.org and is accelerating fund movement in Asia, Africa, and Latin America using Ripple Payments and Ripple Dollar.
