New Categories of Business Loss Claims Launched in 'Diia'
Ukrainian legal entities can now register new losses in the international Register of Damages caused by Russian aggression. Through the 'Diia' portal, three new categories of claims are available: for business relocation, other economic losses, and humanitarian expenses. Category C3.3 'Business Relocation (Evacuation)' allows for the registration of costs related to the evacuation and relocation of enterprises, including transportation and logistics services. Category C3.4 'Other Economic Losses' covers losses that do not fall under other categories. Category C4 'Humanitarian Expenses' pertains to costs for assistance to employees and their families, including evacuation and medical aid. Claims are accepted for losses incurred since February 24, 2022. The service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Justice as part of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program.
