Radekhiv Sugar Modernizes Plant in Volyn to Reduce Emissions

The company "Radekhiv Sugar" will modernize its Hnidavsky division in the village of Rovanets in Volyn to reduce pollutant emissions and install new air purification systems. The main goal of the modernization is to decrease unorganized emissions, streamline air purification systems, and enhance the ecological safety of production. The project includes the modernization of water and juice sulfitation units, the establishment of an organized aspiration system, the update of fuel and lubricants storage infrastructure, the replacement of shut-off valves and pipelines, as well as the installation of a dust collection system and new technological equipment. The technical re-equipment will reduce unorganized emissions, improve air purification efficiency, and enhance working conditions. The modernization also involves changes in the location of key technological units or the expansion of production capacities. LLC "Radekhiv Sugar" is one of the largest sugar producers in Ukraine and has been part of the international group of companies Pfeifer & Langen since 2010.
