Yanyu Technology Plans IPO in Hong Kong, New Financing Valuation Reaches $3 Billion
Yanyu Technology is in discussions with advisors regarding an IPO in Hong Kong while nearing the completion of a new round of financing, with a valuation potentially reaching $3 billion. The AI design agent Lovart is aimed at designers and creators, capable of generating, modifying, and batch outputting visual materials based on demand, primarily utilizing third-party models such as GPT and Gemini. Yanyu Technology also operates LiblibAI, Xingliu, and LibTV domestically. In June, the company completed nearly $300 million in Series B+ financing, with a post-investment valuation exceeding $2 billion. As of May, the company's annual recurring revenue surpassed $300 million. If the new financing materializes, the valuation will rise to $3 billion in less than two months.
