ZachXBT Faces Payment Issues After Multiple Investigations into Fund Flows

By: rootdata|2026/08/03 03:06:31

On-chain detective ZachXBT stated that he has repeatedly not received promised compensation after helping others trace fund flows. This includes a case involving crypto KOL Roshi, who was scammed out of $600,000 in June 2026. ZachXBT spent over 5 hours tracking and freezing $96,000. The other party claimed they could pay any fee but later refused to report the case in Denmark, citing unpaid taxes, and disappeared for several weeks after demanding a $5,000 fee. A certain project offered a $25,000 bounty, and after ZachXBT conducted an in-depth on-chain review of the team members, he discovered that they had hired IT personnel related to North Korea, which led to the attack. The project has been overdue on payments for 9 months and claims it cannot pay.
