Data Verification for Military-Obligated Workers Launched on 'Diia'

Ukrainian enterprises now have the opportunity to verify and update the military accounting data of their employees through the 'Diia' portal. Employers can notify the Territorial Recruitment Centers and Social Protection about personnel changes without waiting in line, and the data is updated automatically. Previously, employee lists were submitted manually on paper, but now information about hiring, dismissals, changes of surname, and residence can be transmitted via 'Diia'. If the message is sent electronically, there is no need to submit it on paper. To make changes, the head of the enterprise or an authorized person logs into the 'Diia' portal, provides the necessary information, and signs the message with an electronic signature. After verification, the data is updated in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obligated Persons, and Reservists 'Oberih' within 72 hours. In July, the Cabinet of Ministers simplified the procedure for confirming the status of critically important enterprises.
