State Tax Service Introduces Updated Concept of Electronic Cabinet for Individual Entrepreneurs
The State Tax Service of Ukraine has presented a new concept for the Electronic Cabinet for individual entrepreneurs. The updated cabinet will automate the completion of declarations, adapt the interface for smartphones, and add payment options through Apple Pay and Google Pay. More than 5.4 million taxpayers are already using the Electronic Cabinet. The State Tax Service plans to change the structure and navigation to help users find the necessary information more quickly. The main screen will display tax debts, reports, important messages, and upcoming deadlines. The cabinet will be tailored to the type of user: citizen, individual entrepreneur, or accountant. Some data from the State Tax Service systems will be used for automatic document completion, reducing the amount of information entered manually. The cabinet will also show the tax amount and offer payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and NBU QR code. Key operations will be accessible from smartphones. The update concept was discussed with entrepreneurs, accountants, and tax consultants. The technical implementation of the new version of the Cabinet will take place after addressing all comments.
