QA and Intelligent Automation: Banks and Insurers Drive Demand in Brazil
Banks, financial services companies, and insurers are among the sectors currently demanding solutions for Quality Assurance (QA), software testing, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), and specialized professional services in the Brazilian market, according to Ecosistemas Global. Furthermore, this demand is linked to the need to modernize systems, increase efficiency, and ensure safer and more scalable operations.
Growth and Specialization in AI
In this context, the company projects a 20% growth in local operations over the next two years, with strengthening of the structure and increased commercial activity. Additionally, the availability of qualified professionals and investments in digitization, automation, and process modernization are among the factors supporting this strategy. They also reinforce the country's role in expansion plans. It is worth noting that the local team is even participating in international projects. In these projects, the development and implementation of AI-based solutions are among the most demanded specialties currently.
In the Latin American context, besides QA, Technical Support and Software Development are among the service lines that have grown the most in the last two years. In fact, this performance is directly related to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in operations, which has scaled up, reduced execution time, and increased the level of automation in support, development, and validation processes. There has also been an increase in regional demand for faster and more reliable digital solutions, which has raised the need for more robust QA structures and support teams with greater efficiency.
Expansion in Latin America
Latin America accounts for 95% of Ecosistemas' total revenue. In this sense, in 2025, the regional operation recorded a year-on-year growth of 4% in dollars. For 2026, the expectation is to surpass this result. Currently, there are approximately 60 corporate clients served in the region, with 12 acquired in the last year. It is noteworthy that there are operational bases in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. Additionally, the company has a presence in Spain and the United States and operates in over 30 countries. Finally, annually, 8% of total revenue is allocated to investments in technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
Successful Projects in Brazil
In Brazil, projects already include initiatives for process review and automation. For example, in one of the cases, conducted for a large organization in the services sector, the work involved operational processes related to device management, technical support, and service logistics. Thus, the action generated efficiency gains, reduced deadlines, and decreased failures in critical stages. Moreover, it improved the predictability and scalability of the service. However, the client's name is not disclosed for confidentiality reasons.
